I started working out when I was a young teenager. I really didn't know what I was doing at the time, but I was determined to get strong. So I just dove in and learned as I went. The passion continued as I got older, and I went on to study health and fitness in college so I could help people understand their bodies and prevent them from getting hurt.
I know a lot of people want to be strong and healthy, but don't really know what to do or where to start.
