This is an opportunity to kickstart your health and create a consistent fitness routine.

Who are we looking for?

You don't need to be in good shape to start
Commit to attending class 3-4x per week
Commit to the process (it's a marathon, not a sprint)
Must leave your ego at the door (we're on YOUR team, let us help guide you)
Track food, all 5 weeks, using your preferred app or method
Enjoy working in group environments and encouraging others
Abide by the training floor guidelines.
Willing to modify eating habits. We're not going to give you a strict meal plan, but we will help you discover the diet that best suits YOU
Willing to take before and after pictures, to gauge progress (and brag to people about what your hard work has accomplished)
